Cancellation

Because our items are handmade to order, cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours we cannot cancel production.
Refunds for canceled orders are issued as store credit only.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
If an item in your kit arrives damaged, we will provide a free exchange or replacement for the damaged piece(s).
Damage claims must be submitted within 3 days of package delivery.

Our products are handmade and shipped from outside the country. Processing time is 1-1.5 weeks. Shipping times for backdrop kits range from 5-7 business days, while floral kits may take 1.5-2.5 weeks.
