Please use our Custom Order link and upload your image along with all the specifications requested on that page. Once we receive the required information, we can review your and help you with the custom order. Please make sure your image meets the specifications listed on the Custom Order page so we can provide the best possible print quality.
Customer Images & Design Requests
If you would like us to help create a custom design using your images, please email us your requirements and the images you would like to use. Our team will review your request and get back to you regarding the design and available options.
For larger backdrops, especially 8 ft × 10 ft and 8 ft × 12 ft, we recommend adding additional weight to the base for stability.
You can place heavy stones, dumbbells, weight plates, or heavy decorative pots behind the base of the frame. If additional stability is needed, you can also add weight toward the front of the base. The weights can be hidden with floral arrangements, draping, decorative pots, or other event decor
Our backdrops can be used outdoors only in suitable weather conditions and with proper weights and support. Larger backdrops such as 8 × 10 ft and 8 × 12 ft can be affected significantly in windy conditions.
Outdoor use is not recommended. However, If you choose to use the backdrop outdoors, please get creative and ensure adequate support system and stabilization to secure it properly.
Our frames are designed to allow you to personalize your setup with garlands, flowers, hanging decor, and other lightweight decorations.
The pre-punched holes on the back make hanging garlands easy. You can also add ‘S’ shaped hooks, heavy duty clips and zip-ties to attach hangings and flower arrangements.
Our printed covers are designed to fit the specified frame dimensions. We recommend using the compatible frame listed with the product to ensure the proper fit and appearance.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations cannot be accepted as orders may already be in production.
Returns & Damaged Items
All orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos. Eligible damaged items will be replaced or exchanged at no additional cost.
All products include free shipping, and applicable customs duties are covered by us.
Our products are handmade and require 2–3 business days for processing before the order ships.
