Returns & Damaged Items

All orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos. Eligible damaged items will be approved for return and refund.

To protect our customers and business from fraudulent returns, we document the condition of each product before shipment.

• We photograph and/or video each product before it leaves our facility.
• We will compare the submitted evidence with our pre-shipment documentation to verify the claim.
• Refunds or replacements will be approved only after verification.
• Products that are damaged, altered, misused, or returned in a condition inconsistent with our records may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
